If you do not give consent to us obtaining certain information such as address and postcode details, we will not be able to carry out any work on your vehicle. 

We do not keep any personal payment details such as credit or debit card information anywhere on our systems. We have locked cabinets and desks to secure any hard copies of personal data. We have up to date servers, back ups and firewalls to protect any data we hold on our system. In the unlikely event of a breach, you will be contacted. 

You may request to view all information we hold about you at any time. You will be required to show photographic ID to be able to view the information. You may request your data to be deleted at any time, but if there is a legitimate business reason that we cannot do this, this will be explained to you.
